The new RDA should have following skill sets:
1. Must have at least one year RDA experience
2. Current RDA License
3. Current X-Ray License
4. Current Coronal Polish License
5. Pleasant personality
6. Good communication skill
7. Computer skills
8. Proficient with Dentrix (preferred)
9. Spanish speaking (a plus)
