This is a general labor job that involves heavy lifting, digging and moving heavy loads. If you are not able bodied, meaning strong, you should move on because you will be asked to go home if you can't do the work. This job is because there is a construction site on my property that equipment can't get into and the work must be done with manual labor. Here is what you will be asked to do:
- You will be helping set concrete forms for a 16 X 20 foot foundation.
- You will be unloading approximately 100 80 pound bags of concrete from a pallet in to a cart, wheel the cart to the job site area, and then unloaded the cart and carry each bag about 50 feet and restack the bags into a pile.
- You will be hand laying the concrete into the forms.
- You will be digging dirt and leveling a 16 X 20 foot job site.
- You will be carting heavy loads of road bed gravel to the job site.
This is a hard, dirty, exhausting job.
I am looking for 2 or 3 hard workers to share the load. If you show up, don't do the work, you'll be asked to leave. I will pay $18 an hour to start and see how you well work. If you are a hard worker I'll bump your pay up a little. I can pay you in cash every day or a check at the end of the week.
