Veterinary Reception/ Assistant: Duties include communicating with clients, receiving pets, and relaying medical information. Safely restraining for procedures and reading medical records. Giving injections and medications. Running labwork and accurately sending out outgoing lab work. Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments. Explaining medical procedures and doctor recommendations. Cleaning and keeping instruments and work area's sanitary. Washing and folding laundry and end of day cleaning duties.
Veterinary Technician: Pay based on experience. Duties include restraining patients for doctors and other technicians, calculating medications, giving injections, monitoring hospitalized, and recovering patients. Speaking with clients regarding procedures, relaying medical information to clients and doctors. Some scheduling and answering phone calls. Cleaning and keeping instruments and work area's sanitary. Washing and folding laundry and end of day cleaning duties.
Kennel Attendant: Duties include cleaning and folding laundry, stocking, cleaning dishes, cleaning kennels, assisting technicians or Doctors, keeping the entrance, walks, parking area, and grounds free of debris, litter, and feces. Cleaning the restrooms and furnish them with paper towels, toilet paper, and soap, empty trash. Performing end of the day closing cleaning duties.
