AWI Management Corporation, a property management company located in Auburn, CA, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, and be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. A minimum of 2 years professional experience preferred.
Requirements:
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines for a fast paced office.
Strong MS Outlook; Word; Excel and spreadsheet skills; 10 key by touch
Accountability and integrity; friendly, professional demeanor; ability to get along with people; team player
Have a good work ethic; good attendance is required
Handle confidential information with discretion
Determine job priorities to achieve highest efficiency
Valid CA Drivers License
Reliable Transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to take direction and follow through as directed
Ability to work independently, handling multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude
Able to communicate across various audience levels
Great verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
