The office manager is responsible for the overall organization of the church office, and will serve as a central communications coordinator for employees. This position requires knowledge of church practices and values as well as office administration abilities, including computer database, spreadsheet and word processing, maintaining office equipment, and maintaining the church office so that people's needs are met in a welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner. Must have knowledge of computer skills, willingness to learn new programs, and ability to provide leadership in integrating technology into the worship environment.
