Busy boutique law firm seeks part-time office administrator/manager to assist with a variety of office tasks, including billing/invoices, file management, and updating and implementing office procedures for staff. Must be able to wrangle lawyers.
Requirements:
Provable experience in implementing and administering office systems;
Proficiency in Office and Google Suite and Office;
Typing (please provide wpm information);
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; and
Strong follow up and multitasking skills.
Legal experience a plus but not required.
