Work in a fast-paced Real Estate office with an exciting atmosphere and culture. The Transaction and Field Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of buying and selling run smoothly from contract to closing. Communicate with Agents, vendors, and buying and selling parties while utilizing a paperless system and online softwares to complete tasks. Additionally, the Transaction and Field Services Coordinator will provide field services to Agents by assisting with access control at listings, distributing marketing materials, vendor relations, and other tasks that streamline the listing and selling process for Agents.

Responsibilities:

This position is a blended role with an estimated 75% of time dedicated to Transaction Coordination

duties and 25% of time dedicated to Field Services (subject to business needs).

Transaction Coordination:

Review contracts and disclosures for completeness, including all signatures and initials

Email introduction letters to clients, affiliates, and other Agents

Communicate necessary disclosures needed for transaction to all parties

Work closely with assistant or Agent to complete all necessary documentation needed to successfully close the transaction

Field Services:

Deliver and pick up listing and marketing materials

Deliver keys to clients and other Agents

Install and/or remove key boxes from listings

Open houses for Inspectors, Appraisers, and others, using a Supra key

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (preferred)

Active Real Estate license (required)

Ability to work in a fast- paced Real Estate office serving a diverse mix of Agents

Strong communication skills to interact with a variety of different Agents and team members

Highly efficient, organized, and accountable

Ability to multi-task, shifting from one task to another quickly, is essential

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (listening, speaking, writing), including ability to deal effectively with different personality types

Skilled in answering telephones and providing customer service

Diplomatic, personable, organized, flexible, and detail oriented, with good follow-through

Must be a self-starter

Experienced with CAR real estate forms, escrow documents, and inspection reports

Basic math, punctuation and spelling skills

Valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation, including vehicle insurance, required to fulfill Field Service responsibilities

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 hour + Bonus
