As the ideal candidate you must be able to work and project the highest level of customer satisfaction skills, you will represent SmarterBroadband and our commitment to local professional customer service. You will be the first level of technical and sales support to our customers. You will be a part of the sales and help desk team supporting the installation team and customers. You must be able to pass a background check, exhibit excellent customer service skills and have the ability to be flexible in your work schedule.

Looking for:

Excellent phone skills, with a high level of customer satisfaction and technical confidence.

Able to quickly learn and use industry specific software for Help Desk, Site Mapping, and Radio Frequency use.

A self-starter that works well in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of wireless routers / networking.

PC and Macintosh computers operation knowledge.

Email, and web applications knowledge.

Other tasks as needed as part of a technical team, including database entry and team support.

We are looking for a motivated person wanting to learn and expand their knowledge in networking and WISP operations, and we are willing to further train a hard working dedicated person that has great attendance and drive.
