Description We are seeking a Marketing Assistant at an established technology company. The Marketing Assistant will support existing clients, as well as promote products and services. This position is located in the Goleta, California area.Your Responsibilities:Create and send emails, including support notices, newsletters, and product and service announcementsDevelop and update marketing material used for sales campaigns and company eventsHelp coordinate public events, including setting up and managing the registration process, coordinating internal assignments, and facilitating travel arrangements for employees and guest speakers at public eventsUpdate and maintain customer contact and account informationManage website contentManage inventory of marketing collateralRespond to customer emails and phone callsProvide administrative support, as necessaryPerform other duties, as assignedRequirements Requirements for the role:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred2+ years of work experience as a Marketing Assistant or equivalentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, marketing computer software, and online applicationsWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachImpeccable attention to detailExcellent communication and people skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines, and hold others accountableAble to maintain confidentialityAble to work extended hours, as required by business need/deadlinesProven Team Player that is humble, hungry and people-smartExperience managing website contentRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
