To provide prepared meals in a sanitary environment to our elderly residents in a loving home-like atmosphere. Duties include food safety, meal preparation, meal delivery, kitchen sanitation, resident supervision, maintenance and safety, confidentiality, and continuing education. Must have large meal cooking experience. This position requires good physical and mental health. Be able to lift and/or carry 50 - 75 lbs as needed. The Kitchen Aide will be required to do the following, including but not limited to walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, and kneeling. Must like working in a commercial kitchen and able to follow recipes in food preparation. Must be 18 years of age, have flexible hours. Must be able to pass a background check and a health screening with a negative TB test. No phone calls please, must apply in person.
