Iron Mechanical is looking for HVAC Foremen and Journeymen across multiple job sites in Northern California (Sacramento region and San Francisco Bay Area).
Duties and qualifications include:
- Install and troubleshoot HVAC systems in large, new construction projects
- Work with team to meet deadlines
- Adhere to safety guidelines (using PPE, following job site-specific ordinances, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ductwork and some experience with: water piping, refrigeration piping, VRF systems, VAV systems, split systems, packaged systems, chillers, boilers, controls etc.
- Good communication skills; team-oriented attitude

Salary ranges:
- Journeymen $25 - $35 an hour
- Foremen $36 - $50 an hour
