Staff Assistant (PT):
$18.75 - $20.25 Hourly
The Recreation Services Division is seeking a part-time Staff Assistant II who will perform a wide variety of administrative and program support activities with a high level of detail and enthusiasm within a bustling team environment.
This is a part-time position that is generally scheduled to work 16-18 hours per week; the individual selected for this position will be required to work flexible hours including one to two evenings per week, one Sunday morning a month, and occasional Saturdays.
Administrative Assistant I/II (FT):
Administrative Assistant I: 1,587.64 - $2,017.44 biweekly
Administrative Assistant II: $1,789.44 - $2,273.63 biweekly
The Recreation Services Division is seeking an Administrative Assistant I/II candidate who will perform a wide variety of administrative, program, and technical support activities with a high level of detail and enthusiasm within a bustling team environment. The successful candidate will be strong in attention to detail, the Microsoft Office suite (in particular Excel), and reservation platforms such as ActiveNet.
