Small, local home business is looking for an immediate Home Office Clerical Assistant to assist with daily operations.
Interested candidates must be:
Very detailed oriented
Booking experienced
Extremely organized and have excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Reliable work ethic and pleasant outgoing demeanor
Social media-savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (making spreadsheets mainly on Excel and Word)
Dedicated and seeing a long-term working relationship
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Data entry, filing, answering phones
Client contact
Event assistance
Calendar Oversight
Research via Web
Basic bookekeeping
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Must be good in Math
Bilingual in Spanish
Working hours needed will be: 30-40 hours per week
Monday to Friday: between 3pm - 10pm
Saturday & Sunday: between 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm
