Bressler & Company, a leading CPA firm in the Central Valley for over 30 years, is looking for an IT Director for our office in Lemoore, CA. Our network includes approximately 20 remote and local computers as well as a portal for clients to access their information online.
Because we're a small business, this person would be responsible for all desktop support as well as management and maintenance of the network, software programs and updates, printers, and scanners.
The IT Director would also have direct contact with clients to download files and troubleshoot their connections issues.
Experience: At least 3 years' experience
Required Skills / Qualifications
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting desktop and server operating systems in a business environment -- Windows 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, and Server 2016
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software related issues
Experience in Virus/Malware removal and Data Recovery
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks by or before deadlines
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot different issues that may occur simultaneously
Ability to develop, sponsor, or support the introduction of new and improved method, products, procedures, or technologies
Ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies
Ability to build and maintain customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization
