Rancho Notso Grande is seeking a sales and operations manager for its You-pick and Road side Farm Stand at its berry farm in Hanford, CA. Open to the public Tuesdays thru Saturday from 7AM-7PM my farm sells Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Boysen berries, Ollalie berries, Peaches, Nectarines, Walnuts, Pecans and Flowers to the public. A candidate must have a high energy level (long hours), be honest (handle cash), enjoy the outdoors (heat and dirt) and working directly with the public and children. The period is from approximately May 1 to Aug. 1 for five days a week. Sales and/or customer service experience is favored. Compensation includes hourly pay and sales commission.
