Construction Help Wanted
Local Full Time positions available for framing and other new residential construction. Hands on experience in framing/siding/concrete and familiarity with use of saws, nail guns preferred. All local work in Tehachapi, no traveling required. General construction positions doing framing, concrete setup and finish, plumbing and finish work. The job responsibilities consist of:
Residential custom home construction
Basic carpentry
Plumbing
General construction
Ability to work independently and as a team
Job requirements:
Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
Work in an outside environment
Ability to climb into/out of equipment and ladder to access roofs and tops of walls
Pre-employment drug test & background check
Must be able to properly use hand and power tools
Good attitude and dependable
Experience in building or construction industry experience is a plus
Hourly pay rate is dependent upon capability and experience.
