Looking for a hard-working, dependable person, willing to learn and work in the Hanford-Lemoore area. We own and manage a number of residential apartments. We are looking for a young energetic person who has (i) a valid California driving license (ii) reliable transportation (iii) no criminal records
(iv) no drug conviction. Spanish speaking will an added advantage.
The person must have familiarity with basic house maintenance, such as painting, basic plumbing, and small repairs, and willing to learn other apartment-related repairs. An ideal person will be motivated, hard-working, and willing to take responsibility. For out-of-city candidates, we will provide housing with subsidized rent in Hanford or Visalia.
It will be about 40 to 45 hours per week job. We pay for your gas expenses and hourly pay commensurate with your knowledge.
