Minimum Required Skills:
In-Process Inspector, IPC 600 & 610, JStandard Certification, Calipers, Micrometer, Electrical Test Equipment, Interpret Drawings, Precision Measuring Instruments, Dimensional Inspection, electrical inspection
As the In-Process Inspector, you will have the ability to perform limited visual, mechanical and electrical inspection functions in manufacturing areas under minimum supervision.
What You Will Be Doing
Performs limited repetitive dimensional and electrical inspection using basic equipment and established procedures
Interpret drawings and written work instructions
Uses a variety of precision measuring instruments including electrical test equipment including calipers, and micrometer
Prioritizes workload such that production delays are minimized or eliminated
Ability to interface directly with customer representatives
Schedule, plan, and executes assigned or delegated tasks in an efficient manner
Dedicated to the quality function and the drive to enhance the quality of both the product and processes
Need to have mechanical aptitude with an ability execute good record keeping practices as a major part of the duties
Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma
Ability to read/write in English
Current JSTD, IPC 600 and IPC 610 Certifications.
Knowledge using basic mechanical measuring tools: including calipers, and micrometers
Basic mathematical abilities
Computer literate using different applications
Ability to interpret basic drawings and instructions
Good written, verbal, mathematical and analytical skills
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
If required, attend offsite training classes to maintain certification requirements. (i.e. JSTD)
Detail-oriented and adept at accuracy
Flexible and able to work with a variety of people in various areas depending on business needs

Work a 4 day - 10 hour schedule. Overtime required depending on production lines.
