Local Eureka, CA accounting office looking for Administrative Assistant/ Jr. Accountant
Candidate interviews will begin Thursday July 11th, 2019, Position start date, end of July 2019.
Beginning pay rates based on experience, includes benefits (health, vacation, sick, holiday after 90 days) retirement, after one year of service)
Data entry, Excel, QuickBooks, Payroll/ Payroll Tax/ 1099
Tax Return Assembly
Phones, assisting clients at front desk
Copying, filing, office organization
Individual needs to be self-motivated, and a quick study.
The position is full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 5:00, flexible hours from June-December for a 4 day work week if desired, or a shorter workday each week.(Tax Season Jan- April does require individual to be available for overtime hours.) (Typical required OT from (Feb 1 to April 15th 8 hrs week).
