A strong, well-capitalized credit union located in Eureka is looking for a Assistant Branch Manager with operations and lending experience. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to oversee all functions from supervising employees to managing customer relations, along with a strong drive towards sales and business development goals.
Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to manage several tasks at any given time. The ideal candidate should be excited about supporting a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area.
Three to five years of supervisory experience in credit union/banking is required. Some lending experience is preferred. Must show a willingness and possess a positive attitude to go above and beyond to assist members. We are also seeking a true team player with transparency, accountability and a can-do attitude.
