McKinleyville environmental sciences firm needs a FT Project Account Manager to join our Admin team. Preferably BA and minimum 3+ years accounting experience using Quickbooks / Excel, knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Duties include: client invoicing, reviewing contract terms, maintaining budget tracking spreadsheets, running errands, ordering supplies and additional office tasks. This position requires: dependability, accuracy, organization, multi-tasking, ability to work independently and harmoniously with others.
