Humboldt Audiology is a busy private-practice health-care clinic specializing in hearing care for the community of Eureka and surrounding areas.
We are seeking a full-time patient care coordinator to staff our front office. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and a friendly, professional atmosphere with great culture.

Responsibilities of this role include:
Warmly greeting patients and other visitors.
Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
Converting calls into scheduled appointments.
Entering and updating all patient information including handling invoices, receiving funds and processing payments.
Tracking incoming and outgoing medical referrals.
Managing a complex schedule for three busy providers.
Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
