WANTED: Full-time manager for busy resort in Smith River, CA - experience preferred. Ideal candidate to have strong office administration skills, extensive data entry and strong computer and writing skills as you will be using e-mail to communicate with guests, clients, vendors, other company employees as well as your supervisor. Training on reservation software to be provided. Must also be an effective communicator as this is a heavy customer service position. Tasks include: booking reservations, guest check-in/check-out, review and track reports, and process payments. Must be able to manage a heavy work load with attention to detail.
