Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is a progressive agency specializing in including children with autism and other developmental disabilities with their typically developing peers in school and community settings. IECP is an established and respected partner to school districts and families having provided quality services to thousands of children and adults. We are hoping to find new staff with a passion and commitment to make inclusion a reality for children and adults with autism and other disabilities.
IECP has part time (with potential for growth to full time) Supervisory positions available throughout Del Norte County. Responsibilities include supervising direct staff working in family homes, writing assessments, behavioral support plans, and quarterly reports, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring client progress and evaluating program effectiveness. Initial and ongoing training provided.
Job requirements include:
MA degree
Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (Criminal Background Check - done during hiring process)
Cleared TB screening
Reliable Transportation
A desire to learn, grow and contribute within an established, growing, and respected agency
