Radiant Living is a Supported Living Service Agency employing teams of Direct Support Professionals. Team members work one on one with individuals, providing support needed for the person to be able to live in their own homes, access and participate in community and live a life of their own choosing. The people we support have a wide variety of challenges which can include: Cognitive, Developmental, Behavioral, Physical Disabilities and also disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Autism. We also support people who have Mental Health and Behavioral Challenges as well as those who are Aging or have higher medical needs.
DSP job duties may include support around health needs such as transportation to appointments, pharmacy, medication administration, and following the health plan. They also provide assistance with daily living and household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal hygiene, including bathing. Support is also provided to help the individual to pursue interests and personal goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be local. We do not do phone interviews and we need staff to begin training sooner than relocation would allow.
- Must have a vehicle that is insured and in good working condition that you can use for work.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills and ability to use an online documentation and communication system.
- Must have initiative to get the job done. Staff are working in a one on one environment.
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance and have a clean driving record.
