Trillium is a very small school with a family-like environment where staff members work in collaboration with one another to maintain a unified approach throughout our program. Excellent communication skills, proactive problem solving, and flexibility are essential as we tackle our second year of school during a pandemic. Trillium follows all COVID-19 protocol, including universal masking and daily health screening, and provides weekly COVID-19 testing free of charge.
We are looking for 2 new team members to start January 3rd:
Academic support & team teaching: This person will work closely with our teaching staff and provide individual and small group instruction designed to support core academic skills during the school day. Other duties will include playground/lunch monitoring, online instruction for students on independent study, and weekly staff collaboration. This position is 20-25 hours per week.
Afternoon academic support & tutoring: After school academic support and homework help will be provided under the direction of the program coordinator. We are looking for capable individuals to work directly with students to lead academic and creative activities 3 days/week from 3:00-5:30 pm.
Both positions are classified, hourly jobs that require current TB clearance, AA or paraprofessional training, and new livescan clearance.
