The most prominent features of this little valley are the Benbow Historic Inn and the Benbow KOA Resort and Golf Course.
The Inn is a 65 room historic building with a restaurant and lounge. The Benbow KOA Resort and Golf Course is a 110 site RV park with a 9-hole golf course.
The Benbow Historic Inn is seeking outstanding Dishwasher.
Position Overview
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. The essential job functions are listed below, but may include duties which are outside of these job functions which are required to meet the need of the organization.
Essential Job Functions
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
Sweep or scrub floors.
Clean garbage cans with water.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
Receive and store supplies.
Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
May during slow hours be asked to clean sections of kitchen by a Manager.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
Less than high school education; and 12 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
No license or certification required.
