Gastropub needs a doorperson/floorperson for busy event nights to check IDs and make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. The doorperson must check all IDs using a guidebook, discreetly and politely keep out anyone who is already intoxicated, make sure nobody is acting aggressively or destructively in or around the pub, and make sure no one is harassing other customers. Must be able to KEEP A COOL HEAD in occasionally stressful situations. Other duties include helping to bus tables while assessing the situation inside the pub, and helping the bartender with closing duties at the end of the night. Must be completely comfortable with LGBTQ+ friendly spaces and a diverse range of people. Must be over 21.
