Come join Mad River Community Hospitals Food and Nutrition Services team! We are hiring for a Full Time Maintenance Aide/Coffee Shop Aide.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Under general supervision, responsible for the operation and cleanliness of the hospitals Garden Court Café, operates the cash register, records all cash and meal ticket sales, serves coffee shop customers including cooking of grill items, making sandwiches and other related work.
Additional responsibilities include the cleanliness and organization of the dietary departments equipment, kitchen area, storage rooms, and assist with dish washing and related work as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school graduate or GED preferred.
2. Food service and cash register experience preferred.
3. Experience in working with public preferred.
4. Communication and/or speaking skills to receive and give information in person and over the PA system.
5. Prior institutional food service preferred.
6. Food handlers certification within 30 days of employment
