Humboldt House Lodge 4041 F Street Eureka (707)798-6261. Now has a full time opening for a cook. Must have experience cooking for up to 30 people, be able to coordinate and manage all aspects of the kitchen to include menu writing, ordering supplies and cleaning. Food must appeal to the residents and include restricted diets. Menu's must be cost effective. The cook will work as a team member with the management, caregivers and residents.
