South G Kitchen food truck behind Redwood Curtain Brewery in Arcata is seeking a new line cook. We are an energetic-imaginative company offering internationally influenced pub fare that is unique as the the county, a term we coined as Pub Fusion. The position starts at $15/hour plus tips for 30-40 hours a week. We are looking for a motivated individual that thrives in the controlled-chaotic environment of a busy kitchen and grow with a new company.
