The Meat Clerk prepares meats and seafood, keeps displays, coolers, and shelves fully stocked, clean and tidy while providing prompt friendly and helpful customer service. Foster a team environment while meeting department objectives. Have the ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours. Also, some meat department experience is helpful. This is an entry level position.
Skills Required:
A. Make trays full of presentable appearance.
B. Able to lift 50 lbs.
C. Able to stand for long periods of time.
D. Some knowledge of cuts of meat.
