E&O Lanes is looking for an energetic and friendly person to add to our bar team. This individual should be guest focused with great communication skills; outgoing, friendly, and self-starter. You must be of age to serve alcoholic beverages and experience is a plus. You should possess basic math skills, be able to handle money, and operate a point-of-sale system. You must be able to stand for several hours at a time, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and multi task. There are positions for part-time and full time. Some of the duties will include:
Know and inform guests about specialty drinks and services
Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Clean glasses, utensils, bar, bar equipment, work areas, and tables.
Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
Serve wine, and bottled beer.
Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
Take inventory of beverage supplies.
