Eel River Brewing Company's Restaurant and Pub is looking for passionate individuals with experience in food preparation and cooking!
The kitchen staff performs a wide range of duties in a fast-moving kitchen. Often assisting head cooks, line cooks, managers, and waitstaff with various aspects of meal preparation and delivery.
Job Duties Include:
- Food Prep
-Meal Presentation
-Stock Kitchen and Storeroom
-Inventory
-Preparing food
-Cleaning Duties
-Kitchen Setup and Breakdown
Qualifications include:
-2+ years professional kitchen experience
-Dependable
-Able to read and execute recipes
-Customer service orientated
-Team player
-Understanding various kitchen equipment and techniques
