Field Consultant/Restaurant Operations person needed for a National Franchisee Development office in Humboldt/Del Norte County.
Job description includes:
*Conduct monthly in-store evaluations to ensure compliance with franchise requirements and to protect brand for consistency and quality.
*Help franchisees run and operate restaurant per operations manual.
*Provide direct field support to Franchisees for all restaurant operations to maximize sales and profits.
*Help Franchisees plan, organize and carry out local marketing programs to increase sales.
*Attend regional meetings as required
*Computer skills, problem solving, good writing skills and restaurant experience preferred.
*Reliable transportation needed for monthly visits within the area. Should be able to travel all cities in Humboldt & Del Norte counties. Will be reimbursed for travel expense.
*This will be idea job for someone who has worked in fast food environment or managed small medium size restaurant and looking for part time opportunity.
Pay rate will be depend on experience. Mileage will be paid.
