SMART Workforce Center is working with public employers in Del Norte County to help our community recover from the effects of Covid-19. There is currently a position is available for Outreach Specialists who can fill Temporary Full-Time employment opportunities.
Wages depend on the project and range between $16.39 - $17.15+ per hour.
Ideal Candidates:
Some customer service experience
Enjoy serving their community
Must be at least 18 years of age
Are currently unemployed
AND
Be able to meet ONE of the following criteria:
Have been temporarily or permanently laid-off as a consequence of Covid OR
Are eligible and receiving unemployment insurance or recently exhausted your Unemployment Insurance OR
Have been unemployed more than 15 of the previous 26 weeks OR
Are self-employed and have become unemployed or significantly underemployed as a result of the disaster
