Full time Surgery Scheduling Coordinator needed for busy Vein Clinic. Candidate will be responsible for scheduling surgical procedures, coordinating with hospital, answering phones, and obtaining insurance authorizations for scheduled procedures. Ability to multi task and learn multiple roles is required. Must be available to do occasional Saturday shifts as well as occasional shifts in our Crescent City location and cross train to cover other scheduling desks.
