We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated transport driver to come work with our multidisciplinary team providing in patient care for our residents. We have a variety of residents from the elderly residing here long term for the rest of their life, to short term residents that are here for therapy and going back to lower level care, as well as more and more younger residents with wounds or substance abuse.
This role includes working directly with the residents, their immediate family members, the other disciplinaries of the facility, as well as outside organizations including local doctor offices and our local hospitals.
Main job duties include taking residents on appointments and outings, setting up appointments and notifying other departments of the facility when residents will be going out of the facility like the nursing department and dietary department.
