Mad River Community Hospital seeks a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. The HR Onboarding Specialist will communicate frequently with managers who have open positions to fill, to ensure timely and methodical recruitment and onboarding of new hires and travelers; post job openings on a number of online sites; track and confirm certifications, credentials, and licensure; make job offers; schedule pre-employment tests; and onboard new employees and travelers. This job requires advanced organizational skills and ongoing communication skills to handle the many facets of recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Human Resources and understanding of HR practices
Extremely strong organization and verbal/written communication skills
Maturity, dependability, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Competency in computer and software use, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work as part of a team
