Part-Time Mini-Farm Hand Wanted
8 hours spread over three days per week $15/per hour. Extra hours may be available for projects and depends on what extra skills you may have (such as yard work experience, etc).
Main requirements include: proof of full vaccination status. Strength enough to remove a hay bale off the truck and able to drag the bale into position. Love animals. Attention to detail. Responsible and reliable. This is an outdoor job, so must be able to tolerate working in the rain.
Duties include: cleaning two chicken coops (1 mid sized and 1 tiny); cleaning goat house; feeding animals; giving treats; scrubbing and filling water pans; rake under turkey roost; dog poop patrol; clean off porch; process recyclables, etc. Some things you will do each day you come and others once a week, or month, etc.
Flexible on schedule as long as they are daylight hours and consistent. Sample schedule might be Monday 3 hours, Wednesday 2 hours, Friday 3 hours. Again, exact days and times can be flexible around other part time jobs you may have. We pay weekly.
