Hi! We are in need of a reliable personal assistant, housekeeper and organizer.
You would work only AS NEEDED between the hours of 10am-6pm, M-F but you would get paid a salary of $3,000 a month to be available.
We lead very busy, unpredictable schedules so we need someone who understands that they need to be available during those hours but may have a lot of free time on some days but be ready to work when called without delay.
Our ideal candidate would be a neat freak who likes to go above and beyond to keep our house organized and clean, manage the household inventory, like pets, assist us in our multiple businesses, comfortable working in the cannabis business, and has the ability to travel on occasion.
Duties would include:
- General Housekeeping of the whole house (4 beds, 3 baths)
- Dishes
- Laundry (linens and clothes)
- Interior of cars and RV
- Watering indoor and outdoor house plants
- Organizing
- Putting away laundry, organizing cabinets and drawers, regularly throwing out expired items
- Never walking past a mess
Personal Assistant Duties (willing to train you)
- Paperwork organizing (mail, etc.)
- Preparing financials for taxes (organizing receipts)
- Meal Prep, such as chopping veggies (we are vegan)
We travel often so there would be an intown schedule and an out of town schedule.
In Town
- dishes and laundry
- general housekeeping
- general errands
- grocery shopping, picking up food, picking up supplies, take pets to appointments, etc.
- checking on our businesses
Out of Town
- Same as intown duties
- Deep housekeeping
- You can come whenever is convenient to do the deep housekeeping if we are out of town. House just needs to be put together before we return.
- Petsitter
- There are chickens, cats, fish, and small dogs that need to be fed daily.
- Extra pay available if you feed pets on weekends
REQUIREMENTS: reliable transportation, availability during the specified hours, must wear deodorant and have excellent hygiene with no body odor.
We have cameras in and around our home for your safety and ours. Clean background only.
