The Danco Group of Companies is looking for an experienced concrete laborer to join our team. This individual will need to have a history of accomplishments pouring and working with concrete, and be able to complete projects on budget and on schedule while coordinating with other team members. Duties and responsibilities include:
Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete.
Shaping and forming.
Setting rebar.
Understanding blueprints.
Monitoring weather conditions.
Concrete finishing.
Communicating with supervisors, subcontractors, and employees.
Maintaining quality standards.
Lifting, moving, and handling tools and materials.
Maintaining safety at all times.
This individual will also:
Arrive to work on time.
Be dependable and loyal.
Comply with policies and procedures.
Work well with others.
Have cost awareness; material and time wasted.
