Summary:
Culture Management has various departments that use a vast array of social media platforms. You would oversee keeping these platforms up to date with the companies’ current events, product deals, and marketing releases. You will work with our website developer to keep that up to date with new and upcoming events and postings. In addition, you are to work along side our lead graphic design artist to create content for these various products and media postings. This is a full-time position that requires the skill set of an artful eye and technology abilities. This position is a crucial role for the company and the image that the public sees. We want a confident individual who can work well with others and with timelines. Our Inhouse brands are Satori Movement, Satori Wheels, Satori Wellness, Talking Trees Farms, Rootimentrees, and High Grade Distribution.
Essential Job Functions:
Maintain all social media platforms for all brands. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.
Actively posting on social media accounts, responding to Direct Messages
Partnering up with in house photographer and department managers to create content for accounts.
Respond to retail customers reaching out via our websites with questions or issues.
Assist Graphic Design Artist with projects and designs such as updating our CBD website, creating flyers for special events like annual anniversary, 4/20, 7/10 oil day etc
Keeping Website inventory up to date by working with our website developer for updates of drops and promotions.
When needed assist Warehouse Manager with order fulfilment and inventory reconciliation.
Execute duties and maintain standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education:
Graphic Design Degree is a plus not a requirement.
Experience:
2 –3 years of social media management
2-3 years of graphic design
Language Ability:
Spelling, grammar and punctuation
Ability to read and understand daily tasks and goals.
High communication skills
Math Ability:
basic math skills such as, adding, subtracting, and multiplying
