Activities Manager
Be a part of a growing company, running the activities for 20 licensed beds. This position reports to the Program Director and requires an active mind with creative thoughts on how to help individuals gain independence. Must be able to understand and work with mentally disabled individuals. Must be a team player, certification a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and implement A(dult) D(aily)L(iving) training for mentally disabled individuals
2. Hands-on completion of ADLs involving cooking, laundry, cleaning and personal hygiene
3. Develop and implement social activities based on group and personal needs for an adult care home.
4. Report and document progress on computerized module to management and County agencies.
5. Identify and schedule classes and group therapy opportunities for clients (individually and groups).

All beds are licensed, ambulatory without medical complications. Not an assisted care operation.
