As a maker of musical instruments, the company is expanding its product line, communicating with its artists, updating its strategy and expanding its sales. We seek a qualified assistant to gain experience and contribute to the companys project goals.
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Organize office and assist colleagues in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Monitor level of supplies and reorder as necessary
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, artists and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties professionally including answering phones
Requirements
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, another relevant administrative role
Knowledge of back-office platforms (Salesforce and Fishbowl)
Understanding of creating meaningful sales reporting from data
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Word
