Remi Vista, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant for our front desk. The administrative assistants duties and skills include the following:

Reliably and punctually open/close office, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Interact and correspond with clients, visitors, employees, and other agencies in a professional manner

Answer phones, manage incoming and outgoing mail, make copies, send faxes, data-entry, filing, etc.

Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information according to organizational standards

Make arrangements for company trainings and gatherings

Schedule equipment and office maintenance, ordering office supplies

Use of Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and electronic health record system

Possess strong oral and written communication skills

Work well under pressure, great multi-tasking skills

Follows instructions well, takes initiative, is positive and supportive, well organized

Must have valid CA driver license, car insurance, pass physical/tb/drug screen, background check.

The position is full-time and benefited, 40 hours per week, holidays off, vacation and sick accrual, 401k match.
