Monday “ Friday | 30-40 hours per week | $16.50 per hour

Seeking Administrative Assistant to Chief Operating Officer. Only considering applicants with business writing skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Applicant also needs some photo editing skills and should be familiar with one of the major photo editing and publishing tools.

Responsibilities include some basic HR tasks in keeping employee records current, letter preparation, meeting minutes, and calendaring.
