Vocality Community Credit Union is accepting applications for the position of Back Office/Card Services Assistant at our Garberville Branch. The ideal candidate must be well organized, have strong typing skills and good verbal public relations skills. This individual will be responsible for completing a range of duties in a prompt and accurate manner and will also assist Card Services with card operations and card security functions. Must be able to professionally serve members and vendors with attention to detail.
Duties include:
Research subpoenas, levies, and summons and complete associated processes.
Process member transactions as assigned.
Process incoming and outgoing mail as assigned.
Manage past due Safe Deposit Box processes.
Assist with wire services as needed.
Manage Online Banking and mobile banking user assistance and vendor support.
Performs assigned debit and credit card related operations while always maintaining established security protocols.
Process plastic reissues and special orders.
Problem solves member and Credit Union plastic related issues at a high level.
Maintains files and reports.
Processes Fraud Cases.
Receives member and branch phone calls and resolves inquires or refers appropriately.
At least one year of related financial institution experience is required. General knowledge of card processing procedures and requirements is highly preferred
