Office Manager Job Description:

Boldt Runners is on the hunt for an Office Manager who has an energetic personality and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and is able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Coordinate with IT on all office equipment
Manage relationships with service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored establishing a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, and retrieval.
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Office Maintenance:
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping (both in-office mail requests and packages generated by our online sales channels), supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Provide general support to visitors
Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Review and approve office supply acquisitions
Requirements:
College Degree or equivalent
Proven customer support experience; customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personality types
Outstanding written and oral communication skills; active listening skills
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Strong prioritization and time management skills
