The Operations Specialist collaborates with our entire team on managing the activities within client accounts so we may deliver on our commitment of exceptional client service. An ideal candidate for this position would have a deep curiosity for learning new systems, passion for serving their colleagues and our clients, interrogating data, and pride in accuracy and efficiency. Strong computer literacy skills, excellent Excel skills, and a high degree of attention to detail are a must.
We require applicants to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), and a minimum of 3-years of experience in a professional office environment. Experience in accounting or banking would be valuable in this role.
